The Journey

Kevin grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. A self-taught chef who used his creativity and tenacity to Living with several food allergies were often seen as limitations and sacrifices – unable to enjoy the endless food offerings. Kevin pushed aside the limitations and transformed the situation into an opportunity. Researching and experimenting with often unknown ingredients and cooking methods provided a chance to experience food in a deeper level. Discovering ingredients from around the world also led to the discovery of veganism and its positive impact. Kevin continues to research and discover an array of food offerings.
